I’ve come to a realization

it only took me 48 years (and yes, I HAVE known it all along) but ‘things’ don’t make me happy.
No matter how much stuff I buy, it’s not going to fill the empty feeling inside me. It won’t love me, take care of me or be my companion.
However, it WILL suffocate me and make me feel that I have no breathing room.
Wow. Deep, huh?
I’m on a streamlining mission now. I’m going to sell off my beloved acquisitions and unclutter my life and hopefully, make a little pocket change as a plus.
